The Brief
When they came to us ahead of launch, they knew they needed a brand that would stand out from the sea of generic training providers. Something fun but still credible, future-facing but accessible. The challenge was to create an identity that would excite HR teams and resonate with young leaders stepping into management for the first time.



The Work
We built a brand system around curiosity, equity, and confidence with playful, game-inspired visuals and a hopeful tone that makes leadership feel like an opportunity, not a chore. From the sunny mascot to progress bars and achievement badges, every element invites participation and optimism. The result is a brand that looks, feels and plays like no other in the corporate training space.
