Regale set out to do something rare: create a venue that worked as both a premium restaurant and a late-night speakeasy. Upstairs, it’s fine dining led by a chef with serious pedigree. Downstairs, it’s Galer — cocktails, music, and atmosphere that hums until late. Two distinct spaces, one brand.

The problem? Online, none of that came through. What should have felt premium and magnetic instead looked amateur. The food, the service, the space — all world-class. The digital presence? Forgettable. That’s where we came in.

The Brief

On paper, the ask was simple: build them a new website, create premium content, work with influencers, and run their socials. In reality, the challenge was bigger: make the outside match the inside.

The Work

We handled everything end to end.

The website came first. We rebuilt it into something clean and image-led — a stage for the food, the venue, and the booking flow. No clutter, no wasted clicks. Just an experience that felt as considered as a plated dish.

Then we built out the content. We filmed and photographed the menu in a way that sold flavour, not just ingredients. Drinks caught in motion. Dishes captured with detail and light. Atmosphere that felt lived-in, not staged.

On socials, we gave the brand a rhythm. Premium video became the anchor, with UGC and creator content layered in to keep it human. Galer got its own spotlight too — cuts that carried its late-night energy and separated it from the dining room without losing the through line. It wasn’t flashy. It wasn’t about a single stunt. It was about raising the baseline — making every touchpoint look and feel premium.

The shift was instant. Regale’s online presence finally reflected the venue’s standard. Instead of looking like a newcomer, it looked like an institution. The brand gained visibility, credibility, and the confidence to put its best foot forward in every channel.
